The Enterprise team at Google is on the front lines of helping the globe 'go Google.'? As an Enterprise Direct Sales representative, you evangelize Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome to leading companies, schools and government agencies. You champion the innovative power of our products to make these large accounts more productive, collaborative and mobile. You bring Google's portfolio into big and small companies around the world, and handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships comes easy to you. With a passion for Google products, you seal the deal and help make the world a more Googley place. Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer enquiries regarding their business-needs for Google Apps productsDrive a revenue number, forecast accurately and over achieve sales targets by leading customers through a sales cycleMonitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experienceIncrease effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processesWork with cross-functional partners to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives. Drive programmes within your market to encourage new partner adoption and productivity Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree relevant skills or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications:
Sales experience with strong understanding of Google messaging and collaboration productsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAble to work independently but within a team environmentInsightful, can suggest and implement changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experienceMaster and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trendsStrong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English and Russian. Be able to articulate when under pressure
